Jan is well known for his thought leadership on the trends, future, and societal impact of social media. Kenny Jacobs, Chief Marketing Officer of Ryanair, Europe’s biggest and the world’s leading low-cost airline. He is responsible for sales, marketing and customer service at Ryanair. Previously Kenny was CMO for Moneysupermarket plc. which has a set of digital brands saving consumers money on insurance, finance, energy and travel. Kenny has spent most of his career in retail, with Tesco PLC as marketing director in Tesco Ireland and brand director for Tesco UK. Prior to that he worked for German retailer Metro Group GmbH in various roles in marketing and IT in Europe and Asia.
Paola serves as Global Marketing Services Director, Southern Europe at Facebook, which she joined in May 2015. In this role she is responsible for the company’s commercial results in France, Benelux, Italy and Iberia, leading a team based in Dublin and in the markets. Previously, Paola Bonomo worked at Vodafone Italy as Head of Online Services, Commercial Operations; at Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy’s leading financial newspaper, as Vice President, Online Business Unit; and in several roles at eBay International, including as Senior Director, European Operations. For the first 12 years of her career, Paola worked at McKinsey & Company, where she served the top management of leading Italian and multinational companies on strategic positioning, growth, new markets, alliances and acquisitions. Since 2009, Paola has been a member of Italian Angels for Growth, Italy’s most prominent angel group, where she focuses on investments in the digital space. Paola serves a Director on the Boards of AXA Assicurazioni; of fintech startup MoneyFarm SIM; and of a fashion company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, Piquadro. Paola’s current non-profit commitments are as President of the Stanford Club Italia, the local chapter of Stanford University alumni, and as a Board member at the Fondazione Cineteca Italiana. In February 2015, Paola was recognized as one of the Inspiring Fifty, the fifty most inspiring women in European Technology. Paola holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
Andrea leads Channel Sales in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, where the current digitalization progress combined with a vast part of the economy depending on SMB’s make the ideal opportunity for partners investing in selling Google advertising solutions. In his 8 year tenure at Google, Andrea has developed a strong competence in all aspects of digital advertising, covering partnership, operations, and general management positions in London and Milan. Prior to Google, Andrea was a management consultant at McKinsey and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he earned twice the Professional Excellence Award. Andrea has an MBA degree from MIT-Sloan School of Business, and holds a double MS degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the Ecole Centrale Paris / Politecnico di Torino.
Paula has a vast experience in Marketing, from the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry to the IT sector. At Microsoft since 2010 as Marketing & Operations Lead, Paula was responsible for planning and managing several impactful marketing projects for the Portuguese subsidiary, like ‘Small Demonstration” – winner of a Gold Award at Cannes Lions 2013, new operative systems launch, like Windows 8 and Windows 10, or Office 365 launch, therefore responsible for delivering the Cloud Vision of Microsoft recognizing Microsoft’s mission: Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Paula has been also responsible to drive operational excellence and cross effectiveness in the Portuguese Microsoft subsidiary, by leading the planning, measuring and reviewing of business operations and accountability and providing increased integration and alignment across all the Product Groups. Paula plays also a very important role in strategic thinking and decisions about growth, share and investments where she incorporates all her cross operational knowledge and market insights. Before joining Microsoft, Paula developed her career and marketing management skills at P&G Iberia: she joined this company in 1994 as Finantial Analyst, and left 16 years later, as Corporate Marketing Manager, being responsible for go to market strategy and execution for multiple business units.
Steven Schneider serves as the President of Gilt City, Gilt Business Development and International. In this role, he oversees strategy and operations for Gilt City, the local experiences division of Gilt, which offers a curated selection of lifestyle experiences at insider prices in select U.S. cities. He also oversees the company’s Business Development and the execution of strategic partnerships, as well as the company’s International business. Previously, Schneider served as the Chief Operating Officer of Gilt City and was responsible for strategy, marketing, events, and finance functions. He joined Gilt City in January 2012 after serving as Gilt’s Vice President of Business Strategy and, prior to that role, Senior Director of Operations Strategy. Before joining Gilt, Schneider was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company for more than five years. In that role, he worked with leading global retailers, digital media companies, travel purveyors, and logistics players on a multitude of topics tied to strategy and operations. Previously, he held various management roles at McMaster-Carr Supply Company for nearly four years. Schneider holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Nicki Kenyon joined Visa in November 2014 and is responsible for driving marketing transformation enabled by technology, data and digital, to deliver marketing excellence for future needs. Additionally, she has responsibility for the maintenance of Visa’s digital assets, as well as the Card Design & Innovation team. Nicki is a multi-dimensional leader with over 20 years’ experience in brand strategy, marketing and management roles across a range of industries, from global corporations to startup companies. She has successfully established new businesses and contributed to the growth of existing ones in Australia and across Asia. Prior to Visa, Nicki was a Global Business Partner at Facebook. In this role she led the relationships with key global clients including Samsung, Mondelez and Unilever, across Asia Pacific. Previously, she held leadership and change management roles with companies such as AsiaRooms.com, MasterCard and Cathay Pacific Airways. She has also worked for creative advertising agencies (Ogilvy, JWT, TBWA), where she leveraged her strategic marketing experience for global companies such as Singapore Airlines and American Express. Nicki has held Executive Board positions and is a Singapore committee member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Victoria joined adidas back in 2010, criss-crossing the globe with the company before settling down at Global HQ in Herzogenaurach, Germany, taking on the role of Global Director of Mobile Products and Services in 2014. Driving the global mobile strategy for the brand, Victoria works with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities to integrate mobile moments in brand experiences. Also tasked with managing & evolving the brand’s app ecosystem, Victoria works with business counterparts as well as in-house delivery and development teams to identify global products. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from ESADE.
Shawn Kent has over 25 years of marketing and management experience within the live event industry. He combines agency experience from Y&R and BBDO, with and understanding of technology from the ticketing sector together with his time at live event creators: Cirque du Soleil and ID&T. Shawn’s wide background in brand and marketing, concept development, and operations management within the entertainment sector led him to SFX Entertainment in January 2013. He was part of the initial management team at ID&T North America and, as Project Director, was responsible for the first edition of TomorrowWorld (the worlds most popular electronic music festival brand) in Atlanta. Shawn is currently VP Marketing for SFX LIVE and oversees marketing, content and technology innovations for SFX LIVE.

Juan Sevillano Zabala, Country Manager for Spain, is responsible for bringing Rocket Fuel’s Marketing platform to the Spanish market. Before joining Rocket Fuel in June 2013, Sevillano was VP for LATAM and Managing Director for Spain and Portugal at TradeDoubler, Europe’s number one affiliate network, where he gained recognition for his success in transforming the company’s business in a very challenging environment. With over 14 years’ experience in the online media industry, Sevillano has also worked as Managing Director of Microsoft Media Network and sales director at Yahoo! Search Marketing.
Andrea serves as Vice President Innovation and Business Development and member of the Commercial Management Board at Brussels Airlines. In his position he is supporting the successful repositioning of the company as a “no compromise airline” in one of the most competitive markets in Europe. Redefining the Customer Experience through innovative partnerships is part of this strategy. Prior to heading Innovation and Business Development, Andrea held various management positions at Brussels Airlines, the last one being Vice President Marketing.
Nuno works for Sonae MC (the leading retail company in Portugal) since 2002, being at the moment responsible for managing the E-commerce and Customer Mobility. His curriculum shows a vast experience in operations and store management. He was: Department Manager (2002), Store Director (2003), Operations Director Modelo Stores (2007), Operations Director Bom Dia Stores (2011) and E-Commerce Director of Sonae MC (2011). He also had an operational role at Lidl (1996–1998). In the Commercial area, as Commercial Director (1996-2002): Areal (Book Editors), AEIOU and Terravista (news and entertainment portals). In Sonae MC he conceptualized the user experience of ‘Portal Móvel’ solution (2006), led the project of a central infrastructure maintenance operations MAC (2007). Afterwards, headed the management of the checkout solutions with the implementation of self-scanning, massification of self-checkout solutions, and implement the single queue concept in SONAE MC Stores (2010-2013). In 2011 he led the team that created and developed the Bom Dia Store concept. Throughout his career, he has developed skills and competences in Management, Project Management and Operations Management in food retail stores, and in e-commerce. In addition to his activity as E-commerce Director, he is a member of the E-commerce Forum Board of SONAE.
Advertising Industry. Started his career at Google as Industry Manager for Tech and Retail verticals. He was the 8th person to join the Google Spain office. After 3 years he joined Jumptap, the first mobile advertising network at that time, as the Director of Advertising Sales where he spends two years being a key person helping to develop the mobile ecosystem. In 2010 Jaime returns to Google after the YouTube acquisition and he is named responsible of the video platform monetization in different industries moving later to lead the Pre Sales Branding team - New Products And Solutions within YouTube. Currently and since over two years ago he works at Twitter as the Head of Business for Spain and Portugal.
Pavel is responsible for brand management and marketing for the market leader in czech luxury car segment. He has been lucky to cooperate with lot of cool brands. He started as a producer in czech branch of BBDO, where he worked on several progressive campaigns for such clients as Pepsi, Wrigley, Toyota etc. This was one of the reason why was hired by MTG to lead the creative department of one of the biggest TV station network in Czech Republic, where he launched awarded channel TV Cool. Afterwards he decided to enrich his foreign working experience in Moscow, Istanbul and Dubai. Four years of brand strategies for international clients he utilized this experience as a marketing director for O2 or BMW. His focus is on future of mobility and digital marketing.

I am currently responsible for the channel FUEL TV Marketing, Sales and Creative for the regions of Europe, Middle East and Africa, a channel specialized in Action Sports, Lifestyle, and Youth Culture. I‘m, since 2012, President of the APPM – Portuguese Association of Marketing Professionals, an association with 49 years of history and over 10,000 associates in representing the Marketing and its professionals in Portugal.” He’s guest Professor at Universidade Católica and European University where he teaches Marketing, Advertising, Brand Activation and Communication chairs. He’s also a Jury Member of the largest exhibition of creativity worldwide in the category of Brand Activation in the Young Lions Cannes Lions. He joined the Advisory Board of the World Brand Congress, a leading global marketing conferences, and his a member of the Honorary Committee of the ECREA – European Communication Research and Education Association.
