Nicolas Bouvier has over 15 year of experience in Human Resources in different context and environment including 8 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. He holds a Master in Law, a Master Management and a Master of Professional Negotiation with Unions. To fully understand levels of HR function he took over several positions including Staffing, Talent Management, Consulting, Business partnering, Capability Management and Project Management. Currently HR Head of Novartis Oncology Division in France he recently led the GSK Oncology acquisition with a great success both in terms of business development and people integration. Among other responsibilities, he is in charge of the whole scope of HR including HR strategy, Talent Management, Change and Project Management.
Ron Bloemperk spent most of his career in Human Resources and Organization Development in the US and in Europe. Ron graduated at Harvard Business School and he has experience in change, leadership development, behavioral economics and creating learning organizations. He’s passionate about sustainability, humanity and the necessary capabilities and learning to support life. During his career in various industries, he was at the forefront of building corporate universities, curriculum development and learning cultures. He’s currently working in the energy world with Schneider Electric where he’s focused on making a difference while building leadership practices, education and solutions toward great professionalism and citizenship that safeguard our planet.
Davide Boccacci has been working for the last 20 years in the pharmaceutical field, and has gained experience in the areas of Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and Human Resources. Throughout his career he worked in international contexts and in different European countries. Davide is a trainer and expert in the areas of Communication, Talent, Change Management and Organizational Development. He is currently the leader of the HR function at the Anagni Site, close to Rome, for Bristol-Myers Squibb, a specialty care diversified biopharma Company. The site employs 800 people and delivers oral and sterile pharmaceutical products over 71 countries worldwide.
Linda is an innovative and strategic Human Resources professional with track record in Learning & Organizational Development. She brings expertise in leadership development, competency development, performance management, talent acquisition, cultural change. Linda started her career in 1997 with Management Center Europe, a subsidiary of American Management Association where she was responsible for training programmes portfolio and faculty management. After 7 years, she then moved to Toyota Motor Europe where she was responsible for global talent acquisition and graduate recruitment programmes. Since 2008, she works at UCB a bio-pharma company where she has held several roles from talent acquisition to global talent development. Today, she is Talent Solutions Lead for the support functions. In her role, she consults with the business in order to understand their strategic priorities and translate these into a Talent Strategy. Linda holds a Masters degree in Translation from the Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer in Brussels.
Ayca Gruesshaber is Global Talent and Staffing Manager at Sandoz, generics division of Novartis. She worked as HR professional both in Germany and Turkey. In her current role she serves as division practice lead for the selection strategy and talent management processes including Leadership Development, Succession Management and Performance Management. Her passion is to support organizations achieving their sustainable strategic goals by developing leaders to reach their full potential. She is providing change management support to deliver business results. Ayca holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She is married and lives in Munich.
Gordon Alexander Vahldiek, born 1976 in Hildesheim/Germany Graduate of the University of Lüneburg/Germany and Örebro/Sweden in Economy, Human Resource Management, Marketing and European Politics. Worked in responsible positions in Procurement and Marketing at BMW, Siemens and SAP. Author of the study “Labour market in Sweden and Germany - a comparison in relation to the European employment policy”. He is currently working as Head of External Workforce Management at Roche Diagnostics in Switzerland being responsible for the sourcing and management of the temporary workforce.
Shawn Liu is a senior HR leader from China with significant executive leadership experience at MNCs – current and recent responsibilities include Global Head of People Strategy and HR Transformation, and a number of leadership positions in Talent Management functions. Mr. Liu is at moment one of few Chinese individuals with such robust leadership experience for Global People Strategy and Global Leadership Development in multinational companies, outside of China.

Hugues Berlemont is working for more than 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry at GlaxoSmithKline. Thanks to his legal academic background and the experience gained through several roles in different organizations (Belgian Federation of Enterprises, Agoria and the airline company Sabena) he developed a deep knowledge of the enterprises’ agenda and strong negotiation skills with trade unions. Since 2004 he brings his leadership, experience and expertise in employment, working conditions and C&B matters, including collective bargaining and industrial relations matters, as well as ethics and data privacy topics. As accountable for HR Risk & Compliance matters he also ensures the deployment of global company programs. Innovation and creativity are for him key differentiators to anticipate business requirements to enable the company to perform beyond expectations.
Heike Spies has over 20 year of work experience in HR leadership roles as Generalist as well as Head of OD & PD. Most recently she has been working as the Head of HR for Octapharma leading the global HR function. She owns a MBA as well as a Master in People Development. Her passion is about developing people in a global organization and with different cultural backgrounds. In order to better understand employees from different cultures, she lived and worked in different countries in Europe and in the US and speaks four languages. Heike worked in different industries - automotive, packaging and pharma. Currently she is setting the HR agenda for Octapharma, implementing global state of the art HR processes, HRIS system, compensation models and driving organizational development.
