After Philosophy and international marketing management studies, Florent dedicated himself to working in the L&D departments of multinational companies. He worked in various sectors such as automotive, software, or industry and carried out major transformation missions.

In 2000 Diana Seibold joined the Allianz group. Over the past 20 years, she has led several teams and (agile) projects in various Allianz entities. Her core competencies are HR, marketing and communication, project management/scrum, and sales. In 2018, she established the newly founded global Operations and IT Academy before she was the head of the Allianz SE people development unit. From January 2018 until October 2019, she was the Head of our new Corporate University for the D, CH, A, and the CEE region. The region includes 47 companies and 50 000 employees. At the end of last year, she joined the new "Olympics and Paralympics Partnership Program" team. Diana has a master's degree in economics and a Ph.D. in HR Marketing, is a certified trainer, systemic consultant, and strategic coach. She gained her diploma in Corporate Learning/ Learning Management at University St. Gallen in Switzerland. In 2019 she finalized her postgraduate diploma in Strategy and Technology at ESMT in Berlin.
Dr. Ryan Jacobson is a results-driven, analytical, accomplished, and employee-centric organizational consultant with a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and a proven track record of success in applied projects and organizational functions. Passionate for learning and sharing, Eduardo Tapia is a business-oriented learning professional with extensive experience in the sustainable mobility sector. He is a Senior Program Manager for Alstom University and responsible for the commercialization of Alstom’s learning offering. As Senior Program Manager, he builds highly effective blended courses and contributes to Alstom’s competitiveness. Regarding commercialization, he is focused on improving customers’ learning experience and helps them reach their learning goals.
Eduardo’s team has won multiple awards for powerful learning projects and innovation, including Brandon Hall, Innove You, and U-Spring, including Best Launch of a Corporate University and, most recently, for his ‘Successful Negotiation Program.’ In the past, he has been responsible for marketing and communication of after-sales services at Alstom. The mix of learning and marketing is a key element in Eduardo’s work.
I had a 20-year career in marketing, communication, and digital before joining human resources two and a half years ago as head of Groupe PSA University.
I started my career in marketing and parts and services for Peugeot, then in communication. I then took a strong interest in digital and was in charge of digital for the Peugeot brand, then for 3 years for the Government Information Service, then to build and implement the digital strategy of the DS Automobiles brand when it was created.
Dorothée has focused her entire professional career on learning.
Whether teaching, writing, or organizing trainings, Dorothée seeks to give a variety of audiences the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge best suited to their contexts and needs.
Her professional experience is twofold: on the one hand, Dorothée has conducted 10 years of academic study, teaching, and research, mainly in French language and literature. She taught in France and abroad (Oxford University, University of Saint-Joseph, Lebanon).
On the other hand, she has devoted almost 10 years to the professional training of managers and executives in the corporate university of the ENGIE Group. She is in charge today of the instructional design to develop innovative and effective learning programs. She also animates the Learning network within ENGIE, facilitates onboarding programs, and manages the Learning Digital platform for the Group.
Dorothée helds a PhD in French Renaissance literature from the University of Paris 3 Sorbonne Nouvelle, and an “agrégation” (high competitive teaching degree) in French literature, from the French Minister of the Education.
Deb has spent the last 15 years building and managing L&D teams across a variety of sectors. Her experience ranges from large, established corporates to small startups through to fast scaling, hypergrowth organizations.

Her formal qualifications include an undergraduate degree in organizational learning and two master's degrees (human resource development and masters in coaching psychology).
Julien Ricard is a committed and experienced L&D professional who’s been involved in various competitive and international working environments, such as universities, consultancies, and L&D departments, to provide professional skills in a digital world. He’s currently managing the corporate university of Bouygues construction, a global leader in building and operating sustainable projects in the construction, public works, and energy and services sectors.
Bart has been leading Digital Transformation training programs at Saint-Gobain since 2011. He uses training as a lever for driving transformation of people and teams, and believes that our role as Learning Professionals should be helping colleagues “learn to learn” and curating the best resources from the web, rather than building catalogs of online courses.
Prior to this, as a computer science engineer, he consulted in new technology for 22 years before joining the CIO organization of Saint-Gobain responsible for collaboration and communication services.
Bart is American and has been living and working in France and around Europe since 1986.
Filipa holds the position of Director for Learning Design & Development at Merck Sharp & Dohme Pharmaceutical part of Global Learning & Development. In MSD, we are striving for a modern learner experience, which allows the use of new technologies to promote a learning experience in the flow of work.
Holding a degree in Psychology and a master in Marketing Management, Filipa soon begun in L&D in the Pharmaceutical market, focus on SalesForce training, where she participated and led projects from Coaching, Marketing programs to Salesforce effectiveness. After, she embraced a Global role with the Integrated Learning Experience Team, where she worked with all business areas of MSD, from manufacturing to research as Instructional Designer and portfolio lead.
Filipa now holds the role of Director of Design and Development, leading a team of 11 very talented Designers and Developers. Dedicated to always keep the learner at the center of everything we do, searching for the right blend of an adaptive and engaging learning experience supported with the right technology.

Dave’s path to the field of Learning Analysis was not a straight line, but each curve has added a new view of how learning works. Now at Medtronic, he has been given the resources to measure the impact of learning with a team of world-class learning designers and sales training. He lives in Newtown, CT, with his wife Meg and his daughter Katie and Amelia.
Andrew Joly has worked at the front line of communications, learning, and technology since 1989. His career has evolved with the learning and technology industry since its inception and he has been critical in designing, developing, and delivering many of the ground-breaking learning and technology initiatives that have come out of the UK in the last two decades.
His highly influential roles have included directing some of the first multimedia learning materials at Chrysalis Interactive in the early 90s, being the commissioning editor of learning media and games at the BBC, doing hands-on brand consultancy at Wolff Olins, and leading the highly innovative design team at LINE Communications for 13 years. He has won many awards, including a BAFTA nomination.
As Director of Strategic Design, Andrew leads the consulting faculty at LEO Learning, which is at the frontline of digital learning and learning innovation in practice. In this role, he focuses on his personal passion: How technology-enabled learning and communication blends can genuinely transform behaviours and performance, and make a real difference to learners, teams, and global organizations today.
Meike has 20 years of cross-cultural work experience in corporate learning, management consulting, business development, and live communication. She is experienced in designing corporate learning programmes with an emphasis on holistic strategic planning. Meike has a comprehensive knowledge of businesses management and is particularly passionate about change and culture.
Paul Lewis is a writer, editor, and speaker, specialising in the relationship between business, management, economics, and politics. Before joining Headspring, he worked for the Economist Group for 18 years in a variety of editorial roles. He is the author of the book: How The East Was Won exploring how western multinational companies helped transform post-communist Eastern Europe.
With a career spanning a wide range of industries including entertainment, consulting, and education, Adam Kingl has spent decades working in innovation, strategy, culture, and leadership.
