He also runs their Global Technology Governance Board and the Integration Competency Centre (ICC). Prior to Reckitt Benckiser, Amitabh has played a range of roles such as CTO, Chief Architect, Outsourcing Management and Software Engineering at a number of large global organisations such as, Deutsche Bank, Home Retail Group, Fujitsu, SITA, Star Alliance and Adidas. He holds MS Computer Science and MBA degrees and is a TOGAF and Zachman certified Enterprise Architect.
Madhur Aggarwal is the General Manager of SAP Digital Commerce. In this role, he is responsible for driving the growth and direction of SAP’s digital commerce business, allowing anyone to buy and use SAP and third-party offerings with minimal human interaction. Under Madhur’s leadership, the SAP Digital Commerce business is delivering business offerings in an entirely digital interaction, enabling new business models and new sources of revenue, and reaching new audiences. Madhur was previously the Chief Operating Officer of SAP Digital, responsible for overseeing the strategy, portfolio and business operations for SAP Digital. During his tenure in that role, SAP’s flagship commerce site, SAPstore.com, grew bookings by 40% in 2016. Prior to that position, Madhur was the Head of Marketing Strategy at SAP, responsible for defining the strategic framework for SAP’s activities from brand to demand in 50+ countries. He is a member of Brands Leaders Forum at Columbia Business School, advisory board member of Brand Innovators, and a frequent speaker at international conferences on digital business. Madhur earlier served in strategy and business development roles at Oracle and Booz & Co. Madhur holds an MBA from Wharton and an undergraduate degree in Engineering.

For ten years he worked in the Unilever group, in Spain, UK, Belgium and Latin America, occupying different positions in Market Development, Marketing and Sales. In consulting he has worked for PwC, AT Kearney and Capgemini Consulting. He has extensive experience in different company areas and, especially, in business strategy, market and channel development, management of organisational change, business processes optimization, digital and operational transformation. He has assisted clients like Inditex, Dufry, Carrefour, Dia, Danone, Heinz, Pepsico, Kraft, Orangina, Bimbo, Brightfoods and several of the most relevant Spanish players. A technologist and a business developer, with expertise in cloud and online services, Edouard has held EMEA-wide business development and leadership positions at the world leading cloud providers over the last 7 years. He is currently overseeing the launch of Amazon Pay in France, Italy and Spain. Amazon Pay is the online payment solution offered by Amazon to online merchants. Prior to that position, Edouard built and run several teams with Amazon Web Services (AWS), notably looking after new partnerships and channels for AWS in EMEA. Edouard hails from France, lives in Luxembourg, and has graduated from HEC in Paris.
