He currently serves as Vice President Learning and Capability Building for the Carlsberg-group, the 3rd biggest beer-brewing company in the world with 45.000 employees and factories in 40 countries mainly in North-, Western- & Eastern Europe and Asia. He has had positions as responsible for Learning in the Metro-Group and in Carlsberg and has a significant experience about the relationship between the changing the world (10 to 20 years perspective) and the demands this will have on future Leadership. He will share within his area of expertise the ways these future demands on Leadership can be included in a Leadership Development Strategy. The latest practical example is the “Learning Leaders Program” that he developed and implemented for the Carlsberg-group.
Kadisha has spent most of her life working in environments that challenge her. She has worked across multiple sectors ranging from FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking and Retail. Kadisha has spent the past 12 years working across most of the HR disciplines (L&D, OD, TM, TA and TD) helping organisations realise their cultural ambitions by developing long range programmes that create a legacy. She currently works for SABMiller Europe AG as their Regional Head of Learning and Development. In this role she has helped develop a HR transformation model, an award winning commercial development programme and is currently supporting the sale of the Europe AG business that has recently been acquired by ABinBev
Peter Petrov is currently working as a Soft Skills Trainer at Ingram Micro inc. and a Program Director at the Aleksander Foundation. His main goal is to help young professionals and students with their first step in their career by leading various courses in the field of personal development & business. Peter has BA Degree in Management, Certificate of Higher Education in Psychology and Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy. His passion for psychotherapy and personal development has driven him to seek ways to apply this knowledge in the business context. As vice president of learning infrastructure and PMO, Ari Katanick is accountable to shape a powerful learning culture for SAP’s 100,000 employees and contractors globally. Under Ari’s vision and direction are the project management office for all learning projects, SAP’s internal implementation and maintenance of SAP’s SuccessFactors Learning solution (LMS), standards and governance for learning content and the LMS, training and support for our LMS administrators, and LMS administration services for the HR Board Area. Prior to his current role, Ari was vice president and learning officer for SAP’s Services University where he was responsible for driving the overall strategy and continuous go-to-customer field enablement for SAP’s 14,000-person services organisation.
Ari has spent the past 12 years at SAP, in a variety of leadership roles, within the learning function. Ari’s background includes over 25 years of experience, most of them in services consulting in the high-tech industry, and has led Services University equivalents at SAP, Business Objects, and PeopleSoft. Ari graduated with high honours from Michigan State University with a degree in computer engineering.
Juan Tinoco started his professional career in the customer service and logistics area in Procter & Gamble, moving later on to HR in the industrial division developing the HR function in two different production plants. After 7 years at P&G, he developed sales and organisation consultancy expertise as project manager in Development Systems in many different companies and sectors. Juan moved back to the HR function by joining Red Bull as HR director of Spain to set up the department in the country. He was later promoted to HR director Southern Europe, based in Red Bull HQ in Austria, leading the HR strategy of 11 countries. He also worked as global talent manager at the HQ before moving back to Spain where he is HR director for Spain and Portugal at LG Electronics. He is the first HR director to be certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) within the Top Employers companies in Spain and is collaborating with the company 2mProgress to expand this certification in Spain and Europe.
Leah Langheim is the global human resource associate director for innovation and talent strategy. Recently, Leah has been focussed on leading the creation of critical talent strategies and actions for business themes in the “NEW” across all Accenture business globally, as well as on intelligent platform services, Accenture’s innovation architecture and Industry X.O! She worked and lived for three years (2012-2015) as an expat Manila/ Philippines leading a transformational talent program which enabled the growth from 30,000 to 50,000 employees in the Philippines. Leah lives currently close to Frankfurt, Germany. She studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and for 14 years has been teaching HR at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (Corporate State University) Mannheim for International Management for Business and Information Technology.
Dr. Rebecca Koch is an expert in leadership and change management. Her personal mission is to inspire people around the world for change. She currently works for Becton Dickinson as HR Director. Central Europe, where she is responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and more than 2,500 employees. Prior to that, she worked for the airberlin Group as Vice President Training & Development and Accountable Manager. In this role, she was in charge for Talent Management, Training, Recruiting and Change Management and founded and directed the airberlin academy. For this work, she was awarded the “HR Next Generation Award 2013” in 2013. During the last ten years, she has given numerous management trainings and lectured at high-level conferences about her focus on leadership and change management. She is also a lecturer at the Quadriga University for “Leadership & Change” and owns her own website www.change-leadership.org.”
After 25 years in leading IT & Business Consulting companies Paul-Henry joined Schneider Electric in 2011 to set-up and lead the Solutions University in order to support the strategic evolution of the company toward Solutions and Services Business. Over the last 15 years, Paul-Henry created and and led several Corporate Universities. His expertise is to accompany international companies to implement their Business Strategy through People Development and Change Management Programs by proposing his operational background in Business and Management combined with his strong experiences in Digital Technology, Learning & Development and Corporate University. He used to share his knowledge and practice through articles, conferences and clubs at the international level. Nowadays he is responsible for the definition and deployment of the learning strategy for the Global Solutions Business Unit. Paul-Henry graduated with a Master in Sciences of Information Technology & Communication in 1992.
Tako Zoutman is working in HR since 2003 and fulfilled several roles in HR organisations. His background in IT helps him a lot to build a capability to support the business with added value HR services and organising HR team in an efficient but also meaning full way. Tako has worked for several years at KPN (former PinkRocade) as consultant, business manager, account manager and HR manager. In 2008 he joined Atos Consulting NL as HR Director. In 2010 he was asked to build the HR SSC organisation of ATOS Benelux and in 2013 he was assigned as global head of HR SSC ATOS. As of the summer 2015 he started in building a new team around Data Analytics & Management Reporting for Atos global.
Born and raised in Michigan, Steven has been living in France since 1985. Steven is a graduate of University of Michigan and has an MBA from the Ecole de Management de Lyon. He has participated in Executive Education programs at IMD, London Business School, Insead and Stanford. His professional experience in Economics, Marketing and Strategy are all integrated into his approach to learning. Steven joined Capgemini in 1997 and is now the Director of its Corporate University. He focuses on partnering with the business to build the skills and capabilities they need to realise their ambitions. Through the use of digital age learning approaches Steven and his team deliver learning solutions focused on business impact and engage learners in a participant centric manner. Capgemini University reaches to over 150,000 participants per year through virtual and physical delivery channels, including international campus facilities in France and India.
Since entering the industry, Grace Deckers has been pushing new and innovative ideas and creating positive change. Grace has demonstrated extensive international experience across a variety of industries and organisations such as PwC, IBM, Sara Lee, Sanofi, Heineken and Akzo Nobel. Grace has managed many international projects, ranging from design and delivery of major events to the program management of large change and transition projects; often focusing on organisational development and learning. Within PwC NL, Grace designed the Learning & Development function - both as a commercial product as well as to support the internal organisation. She continued to Nidera to design their Learning and Development organisation and implemented a learning Academy. Assignments within AkzoNobel, the Centre of Excellence at Sara Lee and Heineken further extended her experience in the area of professionalising the L&D function; for example by the introduction and use of competencies and values, leadership- and change management programs and the use of various support systems such as Learning Management- and Evaluation systems. As part of the Centre of Expertise at Coca Cola European Partners, Grace is currently managing Learning & Development Services: a virtual team consisting of an Instructional Design function and a Services team, responsible for orchestrating training delivery across legacy CCE, the creation and support of all online learning and management of the learning management system, the CCE Academy.
Santi Ristol is Director of the Mobile Competence Center in Worldline (the European leader in the payment and transactional services industry), member of the Atos Scientific Community and member of WIN (Worldline Innovation Network). He has been working in Atos since 1992, he started working in satellite communication projects, then he worked in internet/eBusiness projects and later focused in R&D Activities in Atos Research and Innovation. Since 2010 he leads the Mobile Competence Center providing mobile solutions to Atos and Worldline clients worldwide. Santi is Telecom Engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and holds a Master in eCommerce by La Salle – Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona.
Marcello is the head of Western Union’s Europe Project Management Office and leads the implementation of Change and Strategic Initiatives. He has 13 years hands-on, managerial experience in operations, knowledge management, process improvement and project/program management, strategy, working for global Fortune 500 corporations such as Hilton and Western Union. During recent years he has been leading international, cross-functional teams to create knowledge management programs and set up both global and regional Project Management Offices, executing projects focused on strategic alliances, partner integrations, productivity improvements, regulatory implementations, business model innovations. Marcello is a regular speaker at European conferences and a visiting professor at La Rochelle Business School, France, where he teaches Strategy Analytics Methods & Tools and Strategy Execution.
Joaquín Azcue is currently a leadership and innovation professor at Universitas Telefonica, delivering academic programmes in 20 countries and is also Telefonica’s chief e-learning officer in charge of Universitas MOOC factory. In the past, he has been a teacher in digital switching systems and then was in charge of the Alcatel University and Union Fenosa building projects. He has a degree in solid state physics and a Ph.D. in social sciences. He is part of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas research group in innovative learning technologies.
