After completing her studies in Hungary and abroad in the field of foreign trade, Gyöngyvér Borgula joined Henkel Magyarország Kft. in 1999 in the Körösladányi factory as an assistant and English translator. From time to time, she also performed interpreting tasks during factory visits. During the total eight years spent there, she developed knowledge in the field of assistants and got acquainted with the field of HR with the help of the company.
In 2006, Gyöngyvér moved to Budapest, where she continued her work at the Reckitt Benckiser Eastern European Regional Office. Here she supported the work of seven regional directors as assistants, and also had office manager responsibilities.
Another change took place when the regional office moved out of Budapest, so Gyöngyvér joined BAT Hungary in 2008 as a senior executive assistant. Her main responsibilities as a senior assistant and as an active member of the team included managing day-to-day tasks, introducing new working methods, finding innovative solutions, and implementing them effectively. In a few months, they managed to build a strong, supportive team.
Due to the organizational changes, in addition to EA position, she has also been an office manager since 2014.
Gyöngyvér created the Senior Assistant Forum in 2014 because she wants to help colleagues who are already working in this position and feel the need to develop, and they would be happy to help their colleagues with their experience. Last, but not least, her goal is to help more and more people become confident in this position and not only look at the current position as a springboard, but also to see the beauty of the profession beyond their struggling everyday life and to have as much experience as possible in the practical application of the experience gained.
Gyöngyvér can confidently say that she is one of those people who has found in this field what they have always wanted to do. That's why she is happy to support her senior executives and make their daily lives easier with her daily work.
